Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation, we will do our utmost to re-let the accommodation, but if we are unable to do so, the hirer is liable for the whole booking fee.

The total amount outstanding will become payable ONE MONTH prior to the holiday commencement date. Accommodation available from 4.00pm on day of arrival until 10.00am on day of departure.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO MORE THAN THE SPECIFIED NUMBER OF PERSONS ARE TO STAY IN THE ACCOMMODATION.

The "Booking Party” i.e. whose names are on the booking form are solely responsible or any damages or breakages which may occur in the accommodation during their stay, any loss or damage to the property must be replaced / paid for prior to departure.

Pets

Please note that pets MUST NOT be left unattended in the log cabin / Bryn Beudy at any time - failure to comply with this will result in the termination of the booking and no reimbursement will be paid.

If bringing a pet to the log cabin / Bryn Beudy, pets are not allowed in the bedroom areas, and are not allowed on chairs / soft furnishings. Pets must be under strict supervision at all times and any dog mess must be cleaned by the pet owner.
